Sportswear Manufacturing Capabilities
From raw technical yarn and CAD pattern drafting to computerized sublimation, industrial embroidery, and export-grade QC in Sialkot, Pakistan.
Our 12 Manufacturing Stages
A disciplined, transparent manufacturing process that guarantees consistency across small team orders and bulk brand production runs.
01
Design & Development
We review tech packs, 2D/3D mockups, vector artwork (AI, PDF), Pantone color codes, and size grading charts. If you only have a physical sample or sketch, our pattern development team assists in digitizing your concept into a production-ready blueprint.
02
Fabric Sourcing & Testing
We source performance fabrics directly from established textile mills in Pakistan. Fabrics include moisture-wicking interlock, birdseye mesh, heavy French terry, and elastane blends. Each lot is checked for GSM weight, shrinkage, stretch recovery, and color fastness.
03
CAD Pattern Making & Grading
Digital garment patterns are graded using CAD software across complete size ranges (Youth YXS to Adult 5XL). This ensures ergonomic athletic fit, correct seam allowances, and proportion consistency across all sizes.
04
Precision Cutting
Fabric rolls are relaxed on vacuum cutting tables to prevent tension shrinkage. Multi-layer precision cutting and laser cutting techniques are used to ensure clean, razor-sharp edges and accurate alignment of graphic panels.
05
Sublimation Printing
High-resolution Japanese wide-format digital printers apply certified eco-friendly sublimation inks onto high-release transfer paper. Under calibrated rotary heat presses, vibrant colors fuse deeply into polyester yarns—preventing peeling, cracking, or fading.
06
Screen Printing & Heat Transfers
For cotton tees, hoodies, and lifestyle wear, we execute precision screen printing using plastisol, water-based discharge, high-density silicone, and metallic inks. We also produce silicone rubber heat-seal logos for technical sportswear.
07
Computerized Embroidery
Multi-head industrial embroidery machines stitch team emblems, 3D puff monograms, tackle twill numbers, and woven patches with high stitch densities and high-tensile polyester threads.
08
Sewing & Garment Assembly
Garments move through specialized stitching lines equipped with flatlock 4-needle 6-thread machines (for seamless chafe-free athletic seams), heavy-duty overlockers, and single-needle topstitch machines operated by skilled seamstresses.
09
Finishing & Trimming
Assembled garments pass through thread trimming, snap and button attachment, custom zipper installation, and thorough steam pressing to achieve clean, crisp retail garment aesthetics.
10
Quality Inspection (QC)
Each finished piece is measured against the approved size chart tolerance specifications. Garments undergo 100% inspection for seam integrity, stitch tension, print clarity, and embellishment placement before moving to packaging.
11
Custom Packing
Garments are folded with protective tissue, tagged with custom branded cardstock hang tags, and sealed into individual clear or frosted zip polybags with barcode size labels according to client packing lists.
12
Shipping Preparation & Export
Packed orders are boxed into heavy-duty 5-ply export master cartons, strapped, and dispatched via air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS) or air/sea cargo with complete commercial export documentation from Sialkot.
