Quality at Every Stage
How Nial Sportswear maintains exacting quality standards from raw yarn to final carton dispatch.
Zero Compromise on Athletic Integrity
In sports and athletic wear, quality is not merely aesthetic—it directly dictates athlete comfort, safety, durability, and on-field performance. A slipped seam or faded number can compromise a team's image or a brand's reputation.
At Nial Sportswear, quality control is integrated into each operator's workflow rather than left as a cursory afterthought at the end of the line. From raw material intake to final packing, our systematic checkpoints ensure every shipment meets international standards.
Our 8-Stage Inspection Protocol
A structured checkpoint at every phase of garment manufacturing.
Material & Fabric Checking
Every incoming fabric roll undergoes strict four-point inspection. We examine GSM weight consistency, color lot shading under D65 daylight lamps, yarn defect counts, and stretch recovery before fabric is cleared for the cutting table.
Measurement & Fit Tolerance Checking
Cut panels and stitched garments are verified against approved tech pack measurement spec sheets using calibrated tape rules. We maintain strict industry-standard tolerances across chest, inseam, sleeve, and total length.
Stitching & Seam Strength Inspection
Stitch tension, stitches per inch (SPI), and seam stretchability are tested across overlock, flatlock, and chainstitch assembly lines. Seam pull tests confirm high tensile strength for aggressive athletic contact.
Printing & Sublimation Inspection
Printed and sublimated components are evaluated for color vibrancy, sharp vector definition, raster clarity, and absence of ink ghosting or bleeding. Colorfastness to wash and perspiration is verified.
Logo & Embellishment Placement
Team emblems, sponsor graphics, player names, and numbers are cross-referenced with client artwork approval sheets. Laser-guided placement jigs guarantee accurate positioning and level alignment on every jersey.
Finishing & Thread Trimming Inspection
Dedicated trimming operators remove all loose threads and chain ends. Snaps, zippers, drawstrings, eyelets, and hardware are mechanically cycled to ensure effortless operation and durability.
100% Final Product Inspection
Before garments proceed to bagging, every individual piece is placed on inspection tables for a 360-degree review under bright white inspection lighting. Any item showing imperfections is flagged immediately.
Packing & Carton Export Inspection
Verification that sizes, quantities, barcode labels, and polybags match client purchase orders. Cartons are weighed, moisture-sealed, and reinforced with heavy-duty plastic strapping for international transit.
